I should note that Hot Ideas isn't a valid label and have a track record of stealing tracks from other libraries (most from Sound Ideas)
ReplyDeleteSo "Stormy Layered Halloween Ambience" isn't actually the title; it most likely comes from Sound Ideas.
This is correct; it's in the Sound Ideas collection "Designer Sound Library" under the name "Ambience, Fantasy - Maelstrom, Heavy String Layers, High, Horror" (I left it out of my music breakdown, as it's not categorized as music on the Sound Ideas website).
